Sir Keir Starmer is expected to urge allies to deliver Ukraine with more extended-range weaponry to hit Russian targets during discussions in London on Friday.

The prime minister will host Ukrainian President Zelensky alongside what's known as "group of committed partners", comprising numerous of Ukraine's allies who have pledged to grant Ukraine defense assurances once a ceasefire is arranged.
